With only a couple of weeks left until Christmas, I am spending today making Christmas cookies and candy. I got up this morning and after eating a wonderful breakfast that Zeus made; I decided to get started. I've got my recipe book out and turned to the first cookie that I plan to make. I'm going to make chocolate chip cookies, chocolate no-bake cookies, peanut butter kiss cookies, triple chocolate peppermint cookies, peanut butter cornflake candy, and sugar cookies.
I also had the stuff to make peanut butter fudge, chocolate fudge, peanut butter balls (chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate) maple candy, and peppermint patties. I also planned to make different flavors of hard candy, pumpkin rolls, cheesecakes, and pies. But the pies would get made right before Christmas.
