I nodded and told him that some of that was my snacks for my room and then headed into the house. When I walked into the kitchen, it was nice to see the whole family there. I was happy that Dom wasn't here and I hoped that it stayed that way. When Nonna noticed me she came to hug me and then frowned down at my foot. "Where is your scooter and why are you not using it?"
