Chapter 26
After I agreed to the prince's offer, his soldiers escorted me out of the tent. I had a look at Thomas just before I left, there was a smile on his face that instantly made me cheer up, for some reason I believed things might really work out, maybe we could find a way. I walked among the tents when two soldiers guarded me not to run away and I saw all the soldiers. Some of them carried weapons or just clothes and utensils. A few soldiers were sitting around the bonfire, one of them told a story that made everyone around him laugh, I wondered what the story was. In the end, I stood in front of a tent that was larger than the rest of the tents, but smaller than the prince's. When I entered the tent I was surprised to see how simple everything looked, all that was in the room was a big bed
