The next morning, we had breakfast in our suite, not wanting to overwhelm my mom and Jack with everyone. Theo was entertaining both of them with his stories of adventures around the pack, and all the things he had found on his explorations. Both Jack and mom were laughing at Theo’s stories and enjoying them.
Lykeon started small with only his mom and Rocky coming up, and letting them see Jack was alive, and with us. When Tovi walked in and saw Jack standing in the living room, she couldn’t believe he was still alive.
“Is this a trick?” She asked us, looking Jack over. Her eyes glistened with tears, as she was so happy to have him back. “Oh my Goddess, Lizzie will have a heart attack once she finds out her mate is alive and back!”
