Theo was so happy when we asked him to move in with us. Since we already gave him Alex’s old room, we redecorated the room to Theo’s liking. Alex was happy that Theo was taking over his old room and allowed him to keep some of his things in there, mainly action hero figurines. We did a Marvel theme, with all the superheroes plastered on the walls.
“You are like a superhero, too, Summer,” Theo told me when he was helping me put the life-size hero stickers on the walls. “You have special powers to help save people.” In a way, I guess I am one with my powers.
“I think you are right,” I smiled at him.
