Summer’s POV
“SUMMER! WAIT UP!” I heard behind me and I turned around to see Lykeon running up to me. I don’t have time for his shenanigans right now. “I want to go with you,” he said to me.
“Why?” I asked. “It will be nothing exciting with this appointment. The doctor will do their examination, have some routine bloodwork done, and then give me a prescription for birth control.”
“You are my Luna and mate,” he told me. “I want to make sure you are in good health.” I breathed in deeply, trying to hide my annoyance with this man.
After I exhaled, I looked at my mate. “Fine, but you better keep Mars under control,” I warned him. “The doctor will touch me in places that will piss your wolf off.” His eyes turned black, and then back to blue.
