The next morning was rough. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in our room because I didn’t want to leave Summer alone in our room. Sinclar’s men could access our room through the balcony, so I wanted to be close to her and protect her. She is having nightmares again. I got up a few times to calm her down and make sure she was okay before I lay back down. For the rest of the night, I would lie there and listen to her, to see if she would have any more.
