Lykeon’s POV
On the flight home, Summer slept all the way home, as she was exhausted. I moved her to the bed, so she would be more comfortable, instead of sleeping on my shoulder. Alex pouted on the way home, mad that Selina allowed another man to touch her. He knew of the plan and knew that another man would touch her. I guess his wolf, Athos, was furious.
Piper sat down across from the table, sighing. “That wore me out,” she whispered. “Concentrating my powers on both Konstantin and his men took a lot out of me.”
“Summer overdid herself, killing Konstantin,” I told her. “I am worried about the baby.” Piper smiled, reached across the table, took my hand, and squeezed it.
“They will be ok,” she assured me. “Once we get home and get her to the waterfall, she will be fine.”
