I tear the lettuce (Baby Bibb), chop the tomatoes (Beefsteak) and toss it together with some feta cheese and orange sections. I then whisk together a little olive olive oil, some Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar for the dressing.
This is going to be a delicious dinner.
One that will stay with me always.
