Ara’s POV I feel guilty. When Jack let go of me, I just bolted, leaving him behind. Strangely, he doesn’t seem to mind. It’s like being abandoned is something he’s all too familiar with. Maybe it's the moon goddess's way of teaching me a lesson that I twist my ankle while climbing in through the window.
