The mug was still on the counter, I noticed it the moment I walked into the kitchen, still in my night robe, hair loose and my eyes barely open, it was exactly where I left it a few hours ago. “I could have washed it.” I scolded myself and sighed, picking it up and dropping it in the sink, wondering why there wasn't any maid in sight.
