ZARA’S POV
“Let me hear what explanation he has to give.”
He looked a little reluctant but nodded his head and said,
“I will come with you.”
I looked at him confused,
“Why do you want to go?”
His grip on my waist was not ready to loosen and he said,
“Technically you are both mine and his mate. So it is my right to know why he couldn’t just leave the girl and accept you.”
Hmm, he has a point.
“You can come but the talk will only take place between me and him. You better stay and listen quietly without interfering. Clear?”
“As you say love.”
I rolled my eyes at him and got out of his hold when he was busy staring at me. He tried to catch me but I raised my hand at him and he raised an eyebrow at me.
“I still need to have a bath. And God I am starving. Now move from my way.
