ZARA’S POV
I took a quick shower to make sure I don’t smell like sweat anymore. The i***t didn’t bother warning me before I hugged him. I put on a black hoodie and some jeans and went downstairs to have dinner with everyone else.
I reached the dining room and saw that everyone was here except Penelope. I took my seat beside Alexio who threw me a sheepish smile and I glared at him.
He shrugged and said, “What? Even I took a bath.”
I rolled my eyes, “That’s because YOU went on hunting and I had to take one because you hugged me.”
He narrowed his eyes at me and encountered,
“Excuse me? I didn’t hug you. It was YOU who came and hugged me.”
I shrugged and said, “You could have stopped me.”
He was about to say something when mom interfered,
“Ok enough. Stop fighting like kids.”
