Rhys Another day, another damn meeting. It felt like I was always stuck in these endless sessions, listening to the council bicker over things that barely mattered to me. Today, though, something was ringing at the back of my mind. I’d just realized that three months had slipped by, and Dawn’s and my contract as a couple was officially over. It should have been a relief that the time was up, that I could finally rid myself of this insufferable council's prying eyes.
