Trouble at the door

We get to the front door and step out on to the porch flanked by Cyrus my Beta, Axel my Delta, Brad my 1st Gamma, Victor my 2nd Gamma, and Alexi and Dustin two of Gideon's warriors as 5 black SUVs pull in front of the compound. Immediately as the cars stop a blonde haired blue eyes she-wolf jumps out of the second SUV and jumps into the arms of my mate and I roar instantly Axel, Brad, and Victor are standing in between me and my mate with the she-wolf clinging onto his arm now as Cyrus stands behind growling and shooting daggers at my mate. 

"I thought he said he wasn't with anybody why did he lie to me Serenity." I questioned my wolf. 

"Sweetie I don't know what to say maybe we should let him explain himself." Serenity brings me back to reason. 

"Boys keep your spot I may not like what his explanation may be for this and I may need to run to get air and I don't wish to be followed." I say to my men "Daddy! I may be going to run in a few I will give you a signal and you can meet me at our cabin near paradise." I say trying not to break down in tears

"Yes princess" my Dad and my men say in sync trying to hold in from growling. 

Coming out of our conversation I realize the she-wolf was still clinging to Gideon's arm looking right at me like I grew two heads and the rest of the people from the SUVs have come to stand behind Gideon and her ready for a fight. 

"Lettie, baby it's okay." Gideon says softly to me

"You lied to me! I just want to know why! You two obviously have a relationship with each other and I won't stand in the way, but I just want to know why you felt the need to lie to me! To get in better with my father?! Well newsflash this won't be taken lightly by my daddy but I'm sure he will still consider whatever it is you came to ask him and try to come up with a solution to the problem. " I say fighting the tears that my eyes are threatening to shed. Cyrus trying to soothe me by hugging me. Gideon growls, steps forward, and gets blocked by Axel, Brad, and Victor. I notice the she-wolf growl at me sending daggers from her stare. 

" Lettie baby please listen to me!" Gideon begins pleading, but I cut him off

"DON'T CALL ME THAT EVER AGAIN! It's obvious the way she's clinging to you and growling sending me threatening glares that you are hers!" I scream at him and begin to cry Cyrus wraps his arms around me as more of my soldiers come out and surround me to protect me. As well as his men have come out and stand with his men behind them. 

" ENOUGH!" My daddy Roars as he comes to my side. 

" Maybe it is because you are clinging to her mate and he's comforting you!" Gideon yells at me. 

"What are you spouting nonsense about?" Daddy growls "I told you never to make my daughter cry! I should have never left her get so attached to you so quickly but I thought with the mate bond that you'd never hurt her like this! Bringing another she-wolf here that warms your bed into the house your mate owns and letting her cling to you like a baby doe!"

"This she-wolf is my youngest sister Sarah and she just hugged me and took in the scent of my wolf to calm her anxiety from the traveling and being in a new place." Gideon growled, "and she clung to Cyrus letting him comfort her instead of me! She didn't even care to let me fully explain before she started. The only reason Sarah growled at her and sent her threatening looks is because I believe Cyrus is her mate!" 

I looked at Cyrus, " Is she your mate Cyrus? "

" Yes princessa she is but I assumed the same as you when she clung to him the way she did. I was comforting you because you are my sister. We were feeling the same way and I have never seen you break like that." Cyrus says and looks sorry for the way that we jumped to conclusions. 

" Well, I'm sorry Princess Sarah I didn't know you were his sister and I jumped to the conclusion that you were his girlfriend. This is all still new to me to be honest and your brother is the only man I've ever fallen in love with and he said that we are mates. So when you ran into his arms I got jealous and then upset that I thought he lied and tried to manipulate me to get in better with my dad. " I say apologetically and lower my head. 

" I'm sorry as well Princess Sarah, she is my only daughter and all her pain is the only thing I could feel." my daddy said." Cyrus go to your mate! "

" Gladly your Highness! " Cyrus walks over to Sarah and picks her up and spins her around and kisses her. As Gideon comes to me and hugs me tightly with his head near my mark taking in my scent. 

" I'm so sorry Lettie baby I didn't know that she was coming a long my Beta Seth failed to mention that she was coming. There are no other women in my life like the way you are. You are my mate, my light, my Luna Queen, and hopefully my wife as well in the future. I also haven't had a chance to tell anyone I've found you ye" he coos. By now everyone except for the original group has gone back to what they were doing. 

"I'll be back in my office if you need me sweetie." my dad says, kissing my head, and going back inside.
