Scarlet's POV 

Recap

I turn to the girls, "Bring forth my ancient protector!" I command, and the girls begin to shift into one. Gasps are heard all around, and as soon as they finish next to them is a ring of fire and black smoke and a dark figure emerges........

****************Present Chapter***************

I ignite my hell fire engulfing my body in blue green flames as the figure begins to walk away from the dark smoke. I look around and quickly realize that Gideon and his men are in attack stances, and Cerberus (Lilith, Ivy, and Ruby's combined form) and Niko are laying next to me unamused by Gideon and his men. I run forward and wrap around the figure as the smoke finally clears. My blue/green flames growing and molding with the figures red and black flames. 

"Demo! I've missed you! I didn't know if you were going to make it this year! Oh guess what I have a MATE! He's so sweet, but super crabby when I fight. How's Auntie? Is she coming?" I giggle, babble, and excitedly yell so quickly. He puts me down and chuckles as we reduce the flames back into our bodies. 

"I was just finishing up work to come when I felt Cerberus being formed and I thought you were in danger! I flashed as fast as I could, but when you hugged me I assumed you were just showing someone Cerberus. Although I didn't know who, but here it comes to be your pack, your mate, and his commanders and guards. You scared me! I thought I told you only to call on Cerberus when you were in real danger!" Uncle Hades says sternly. 

I bow my head, and I put on my best puppy dog face, "I just wanted to show my mate what the girls could do. I didn't mean to worry you I'm sorry Demo." I let a tear fall from my eye and Gideon wraps his arms around me. Uncle Hades sighs. 

"It's okay monkey, but next time warn me when you're just showing them off we have our own link remember. I'm guessing the man attached to you is your mate? Also your Aunt says happy birthday and sends her regards, but she's currently dealing with issues with guards so she couldn't come." Hades says lovingly. 

”Oh, yes right Gideon this is my uncle Hades, uncle Hades this is my mate Gideon.” I day fiddly

”If you hurt my beautiful monkey I will spend eternity torturing you in the underworld after David beats you to death.” Hades growls and thunder booms

”I have no intention of ever hurting this beautiful woman. I will do everything in my power to make sure she's always happy. After all she's my galaxy I don't exist without her. " Gideon says lovingly and firmly

”Good now that's out of the way. Give me a hug, because now your family. Well unless her aunts and cousin don't approve once they arrive.” Hades says as he engulfs my mate in a hug.

****Gideon's POV

"Holy s**t!!!!! We're hugging the God of the underworld!!! Wait he said Aunts and cousin? Are there more Goddesses and God in her family? " I say  shocked to Derrick

”Obviously dumbass!! Hades wife! I don't know if he has kids though so she must have others." Derrick snorts

I step back from Hades, ”So I'm guessing your wife Persephone isn't coming then?"

"Oh she is now. I just told her that her favorite person has a mate she'll be here in a moment.” Hades replied ”Wait until Zeus, Hera, Athena and Aries gets here too. You're in for it.” He chuckled and blue flames appear beside him and out steps a woman with long red and black hair and emerald green eyes.

”Auntie Percy!!!!!!! I've missed you!!!!!! Awe, but you only came because Demo told you I had a mate huh? You'll like him auntie he's super sweet." Lettie squeaks and wraps herself around the woman.

”Nice to meet you Goddess Persephone.” I slightly bow as she gives me her hand I miss the back of it. My mate let's out a low growl.

”Mine!” She growls and steps between me and Persephone.

"Mate is sexy when jealous!" Derrick purrs

"Yes my sweet Lettie, I'm all yours I was just being the Gentleman King that you love." I coo wrapping my arms around her waist and pulling her back into my chest.

"Sorry Auntie Percy I didn't mean to growl at you I know you're happy with Demo. I just got possessive." Lettie says ashamed of herself

Persephone giggles, ”It's okay little monkey I get it he's a handsome man, and you never have been good with sharing men you truly care about. You're just protective, and the fact that you love him jealousy is going to be your instant reaction with your mate. Especially since you've never dated you're going to extremely protective and possessive of him, because you love with all of your heart.” Turning her gaze to me, ”If you hurt her I swear on her mother Selene that what David or my husband Hades does it'll be nothing compared to what I will do. Now let's party shall we.”

”Come on baby I'm sure everyone is wanting to drink and dance and spend time with you." I coo and escort her, Hades, and Persephone back to the area everything is set up.

"Let's party!!!” Lettie tells and the music kicks in everyone starts mingling, drinking, and dancing. A slow song comes on and I pull her to the dance floor and wrap her in my arms as we begin to sway to the music. 

”You never told me you had Gods and Goddesses in your family baby. You're mom is the Moon Goddess!!! Is that why you never said anything?" I ask her softly that way she knows I'm not upset.

"We never really talked about. I mean my dad is my only living family, and I don't exactly know how to day my mom was Selene incarnate, my uncle is the Ruler of the Underworld and Persephone is my Aunt. Oh yeah and my other Aunt is Athena Goddess of Wisdom and Strategy etc., and Aries the God of War is my cousin. One last thing my Pap and Mama is Zeus and Hera. How was I just supposed to say that??” She asks and notice we stopped moving, the music has stopped,and everyone is silent and slack jawed. They all just heard her talk about her family. Her dad, Hades, her teammates, Shelby, and Persephone bust out laughing. So I guess no one knew of her family members other than them.

"Well everyone knows now love." I chuckle and kids her cheek, "stop staring and just party!” I command. She drags me over to the bar and downs two shots then drags me to her family.

Lightning flashes and  the last 4 members of her family appear. Zeus, Hera, Athena, and Aries engulfs her into a family hug.

"Well out life just went crazy quickly."  I say  to Derrick.

"It's okay she's all ours and that's what matters." Derrick cops

"Goddess she's amazing." I say in awe.
