Ken swallowed the champagne while he is watching Cherish.
Cherish is having fun chatting with his older brother Kei, along with Toru, Ban and Yu. He can clearly see that Cherish is having the time of her life. She is beaming with so much happiness, and he is really thrilled for her.
However, he can't help himself but to feel jealous because of her closeness to his brother.
