Yvain's POV
It's been an hour since that bus incident. As soon as I finished my shower, I immediately jumped to my bed. Soft cushions, feather-filled pillows, freshly washed blankets. "AH," I sighed to myself with a clearly satisfied smile. The day is already exhausting, plus, additionally, those two weird and mysterious people are suddenly. I stayed in bed for a couple more minutes before standing up to close the window and the curtains. As I reached for the curtains, I felt a slight breeze behind my neck. I yelped and turned around, but before I could, the lights turned off by itself and a strong wind passed through my window, causing it to open. I stumbled down and tried to push it back close again before a hand clamped my mouth. Panic started crawling around me. "MHPHM!" I struggled, trying to get out of this someone's grasp when suddenly… " You smell so good my darling," I shivered as I narrowed my eyes, confused. I tried to take a glance at him, but I couldn't. It's too dark and he was wearing a mask. Yet even so, his eyes… they shine brightly emerging through the moonlight. He sneakily slid something from my sleeping gown pocket before slowly suddenly disappearing through the window. "See you soon, my love," His voice lingered through the air as the lights shuttered, turned back on. A gasp left my mouth before I weakly fell down to my knees. While calming my very own self, I noticed a paper slipping off my pocket. Did that guy leave this? Who is he anyway? How did he even get inside and just disappear so fast?! I shook my head again, then reached for the paper folded so neatly as if it was a sacred artifact. Did he really take his time for this…? My hands trembled as I slowly took the paper out of my pocket. When I opened it, my eyes widened in shock. It's a sketch of me with a small message written under it with red ink.
"PIECE OF MY DEVOTION, FOR YOU, MY BELOVED MUSE"
YOURS TRULY, YOUR GUARDIAN
Zavion's POV
I take a sip of my glass filled with my whiskey as I stare at the beautiful view from my computer, my beloved sitting at her bed shock, confused, all the emotions you can think of mixed all together. A small smirk plastered my face, seeing her tremble from my very own presence. I took another sip of my glass, moving it softly in my hand. "Oh my dearest, so perfect, so scared for me." I mumbled to myself staring at her as she finally stood up, turned off her lights and finally decided to sleep. It's good of her to sleep early. "Sleep tight my sweet darling. I'll be waiting for you in your dreams." I smiled to myself as I put my empty glass down and stood up, leaving my computer on for her view before leaving the room and finally taking a break for today. I'll see you tomorrow, my angel.
