~ Celine's POV ~

“What happened, Celine? Why are you looking so scared? Did something happen with you in the washroom?

Come on, you are even scaring me with your silence now.

Tell me, Celine", Krystal asked me with a concerned expression on her face.

I don’t want to stay in this club. I want to run away from this place.

I grabbed Krystal’s wrist and after that, I dragged her outside the club with me.

She was continuously asking me about my weird behaviour, but I can’t answer her at that moment as I don’t want to ever cross my path with that ruthless monster.

I just hate that confident grin on his face which he showed me when he decided to let me go.

After walking for a while we finally reached the place where she has parked the car.

After we sat inside the car, I told her what exactly happened with me in the club’s washroom and she only embraced me in a tight hug as my hands were still trembling in fear.

Finally, I calmed down.

“Who the heck was he, huh?

Should we go and report it to the officials? He dared to threaten you after all, right? We can’t take any risk.

Who knows what that maniac will do with you if he ever finds you?”, Krystal exclaimed in a low voice whilst she looked straight into my eyes.

Well, she is not wrong.

I can’t take any risk as I have a lot of things that I need to finish here.

“His name was umm... oh, yes, it was something like Daniel Kingston.

Yeah, that’s what he told me. He sounded so confident while telling me that no one is going strong enough to harm him.

You know, I wanted to laugh at him at that time, but I stopped myself.

I didn’t want to become his next target so, I simply dashed from that place with all my might”, I told Krystal while I grabbed the bottle of water which was kept on the passenger’s seat.

I opened the cap of the bottle and after that, I gulped down the water.

“Wha... what! You met Daniel Kingston, but how? He never entertains anyone without a prior appointment. He is the leader of the Mafia, Celine.

We can’t make any complaint against him. His words are treated as law here. Even if he went to the station house even then no one will register our complaint.

It’s a good thing that you are still breathing after meeting that man. Don’t ever tell this incident to anybody else, alright?”, Krystal asserted to me in a calm voice whilst she placed her hand on my shoulder.

She sounded quite surprised after hearing that man's name so, does that mean that he is an influential person?

Krystal asked me to stay away from Daniel and I assured her that this is the last time that I am meeting him and she doesn’t need to get worried for me.

I once again glanced at the club where I met that guy for the first time. 

 can still remember his blue eyes and the way he was glancing at me.

Krystal then drove away from that place and my eyes were still fixated outside the window of the car.

Meanwhile, 

“I have some work for you, Jason”, said Daniel in a calm voice whilst he sat on the couch.

Jason was shocked to see him in such a nice mood as he remembered that he left the house with an angry expression, but now he is looking quite relaxed and happy.

“You just need to order me, Daniel and I will do everything in my power to finish your given work. So, what do want me to do, huh?”, asked Jason whilst he sat in front of him with a glass of wine in his hand.

Daniel only closed his eyes with a smile on his face and he remembered the frightened girl who dared to threaten him with her sweet voice.

“I need you to find all the details about a girl. Do everything possible, but I want to have the file with her complete information. You can gather all the information about her from the club”, he told Jason while he gulped down the wine.

Jason only nodded his head. He can’t believe that he is seriously asking him to find about some girl and that too when he met the girl just once.

“Is this just a simple interest or things are more interesting than I expect, huh? It’s quite rare when you ask me to find a random woman. I will surely find all the details, but first tell me is this just a mere interest?”, asked Jason whilst he looked straight into Daniel’s eyes.

Daniel only laughed at his friend’s words while he got up from the couch and after that, he walked towards the window area.

“You do know me too well, Jason. I want to see her by my side”, responded Daniel while he glanced outside the window

Jason only prayed for the random girl inside his head as Daniel’s enmity is well known to everyone, but his interest in something can become quite dangerous.

“What if she doesn’t agree to stay by your side, Daniel?

What will you do then, huh?”, Jason exclaimed in a confused tone while he walked towards him with a puzzled expression on his face.

Daniel only tuned around and after that, he started to laugh.

“Well, she doesn’t have a choice here.

It’s not up to her, Jason. It’s up to me.

All she needs to do is listen to me and nothing else”, replied Daniel in a cold voice while he glanced at Jason with a dead look in his eyes.

Jason didn’t say anything to him as he knows that his mood becomes worse if something doesn’t go according to his plans.

‘Just a little wait more and after that, she will be by my side’, mumble Daniel to himself while he looked at Jason with a smile on his face.
