Luna Gabby’s POV
“Guard,” I called sharply, my voice echoing through the dimly lit corridor of the castle. My trusted guard appeared at once, his steps quick and precise as he approached me.
“Luna Gabby,” he said with a respectful bow. “What is your command?”
I stared at him, my thoughts moving faster than my words. “You are to leave immediately,” I commanded, my voice cold but firm. “You will go in search of my daughter, Lyra. I don’t care how far you have to go, find her. Bring her back to me. I don’t want any more delays.”
The guard nodded without hesitation, his eyes burning with determination. “At once, Luna. I will gather my men and leave immediately.”
“Do not return until you’ve found her,” I said, my tone brokering no argument. “And bring Kaden back as well. I need them both.”
