Luna Gabby’s POV “Stay alert,” I whispered, my voice low but firm. “We can’t afford to be caught off guard.” Then, suddenly, the shadows parted, and I could make out figures approaching through the mist. But when the figures came into full view, I stopped dead in my tracks. They weren’t hunters. They were my people. “Luna Gabby!” one of the men called, his voice filled with relief. “We’ve been sent by Alpha Chesa. We’ve been searching for you.” I let out a breath I didn’t realize I had been holding. “You’re here.” I murmured, my voice trembling with relief.
