Minutes passed and there was no sign of Carlos. My annoyance reached its peak when I decided to check the matter on my own. I opened the door and dashed out in the corridor in a hurry. Reaching the staircase I found a large number of people gathered together with different expressions on their faces. They were all busy over the phone either talking or shouting.
