CHAPTER 5 – AssaUlt
Pedro fell to his knees staring at the huge dark cloud pointing towards them. No one had ever survived the attack of a grasshoppers swarm, no one. It was impossible. Those beasts were huge, armored, extremely strong, voracious beyond imagination. Nothing survived their passage, nothing.
Jenny lifted him to his feet “Come on, Corporal, we must call the others, set a defense perimeter up, protect these people”.
Pedro turned to her, his cheeks furrowed by tears of anger and frustration “It’s over, Captain, it’s grasshoppers, tens of thousands and even more, nothing can resist them”.
Jenny stared at him and suddenly slapped him “Last Flame will survive! It always has and will do so against this threat as well”.
