CHAPTER 8 – NEVERLAND
After a refreshing dinner based on rice, stew, and boiled vegetables — everything seasoned with excellent beer — Jenny explained her plan. The things to do were simple and did not require excessive effort. Jenny had taken great care to make the most of each of her team members’ innate abilities. They went over the plan a couple of times then, when everyone felt comfortable with their tasks, they went to sleep.
The following morning was the sorting day. Last Flame Refugees were going to be housed in more dignified lodgings — mostly hotels that had been in disuse for years. A chaotic day full of screams, shouts, people getting lost, confused people not knowing where to go, and so on. A perfect day to put their plan into action.
