Why did the prince have fangs?
Lincoln continued eating his food without realizing that Emanuel had seen the two pointy teeth's sticking out of his top lips. It was small but still noticeable compared to his normally straight set.
Looking away, Emanuel tried to calm down. If a vampire had their fangs out it only meant that they had a taste of blood very recently, or had been hunting. Normally the fangs can easily be retracted with practice.
But Emanuel knew Lincoln. He hasn't been drinking human blood so he lacks the mental skills to control his fangs from going in or out. His vampire side must have been triggered somehow.
