Chloe tried ignoring me for a while after the party, but she always comes back. The truth is, I didn’t actually mind her ignoring me and she caved before I did. I found her talking to Tink when I went to bring her in for the evening a couple of days later. She acted like she was surprised to see me, but she knows my routine. She knew I’d be coming to get Tink so I could put her to bed. My footsteps would have alerted Chloe to my presence, but she didn’t turn around. I picked up Tinks' lead reign and walked into the paddock.
‘Alright Tink, time to come in for the night’ I said to my nemesis. She whinnied and stamped her feet. I rolled my eyes and clipped on her lead. Tink tossed her head.
