I snort, forcing a smile on my face as Andrei watches me from the distance I created between us. However, the smile I cast on my face is the exact opposite of what I feel.
I’m confused, torn between
going for what I desire and doing what’s
right.
With a huff, I turn around and continue with my movement into the house. I swerve around the lounge chairs clustered by the pool.
