Once Dawn had departed, Mark shook his head in confusion. He did not know Dawn very well, as she was six years his junior. He’d gathered from the words exchanged in the kitchen that Dawn was not the most reliable person. Granted, he felt Heather had come down too hard on her sister, but Mark understood her annoyance. Grateful he and Matt shared a stable relationship, Mark was relieved he did not have a little sister instead. The emotional outbursts would’ve annoyed him to no end.
