He knew I was right. Every time we planned to do something he bailed. "It's fine I'll see you whenever". I hung the phone up before he could respond.I knew the pack was important, but every now and then it would be nice to come first. Slipping my feet into my sneakers I grabbed my bag and headed home.I wasn't pissed about it because I understand when the pack needs him he has to be there but I was a little annoyed.
