Shiloh got dressed in a suit, just as his mother had instructed in the note. He adjusted the sleeves and fixed the collar, making sure everything looked neat. Once he was done, he reached into his pocket and took out a pill. He stared at it for a moment before placing it in his mouth. Shiloh grabbed the bottled water on his bedside table and swallowed the pill, drinking the rest to make sure it went down properly. After that, he grabbed his car keys and left his room. He walked downstairs, greeted a few servants along the way, and headed straight to the garage. Sliding into the driver’s seat, he started the engine and drove out of the Cross mansion.
