“Yes, she's in a ward somewhere” he shrugged
“In a ward somewhere?” I asked, taken aback,
“Yeah, handed her over to Kay” he said as though he couldn't be bothered with her, his lips pressed together
I shook my head, Lilith will probably die from anger if she hears this, my lips twitched with amusement.
“How's she doing?”
“Kay said she'll be fine, she's only suffering from malnourishment and dehydration” he grumbled, clearly displeased.
“That's good” I finally breathed a sigh of relief, “we did it” I spoke softly
“Yes” I could feel Ava's tired smile at the back of my head as she affirmed.
“Rest Ava, Thank you” she responded with a grunt before shutting me out, healing us must have taken a serious toll on her.
