I through my head back against my office chair. It's been a week since me and Carlos jr went to get some ice cream with my bosses.
I thought it was gonna be weird but it wasn't. All we focused on was the kids. Carlos loved hanging out with my bosses niece Lila. It was really sweet watching the way Jackson was talking and interacting with Carlos.
Afterwards Jackson and Jason drove me and Carlos jr home. Carlos jr was so happy he jumped down and out of the SUV and gave Jason a high five. He made Jason and Jackson promise to bring Lila over to play. Which they happily agreed to.
Gently swishing the chair back and forth i was getting a lil bit flustered. We still didn't speak about what happened in the hospital room.
