The family of Liu and Duan had a peaceful talk, they didn’t bring topics that anyone of them wouldn’t understand. Compare to how lively and expressive the Liu is, it was the opposite for the Duan. They are composed and silent, hinting fondness and joy as the Liu’s made some humor in between the exchange. Fendice had a good time too, he usually skip family reunions but was dragged by Shawn in here and it was unexpected that he enjoyed the time.
The good time soon ended as the Duan finally bid goodbye since they just visited the City for some urgent matters and they needed to go home since their elders need to rest because they are easily get exhausted caused to old age. Yuan and Sharon lead them out while Shawn, Fendice, and Hjuey stayed in the room.
