“It better be,” Cameron’s voice deepened, then he said earnestly, “Vanessa, no matter what, we really cared for you in the past. We went to discuss the marriage with the Frost family many times, but Julian never agreed. All these years, he's wished you were dead somewhere outside.”
“Aunt Evelyn wants me to be with Bart,” Vanessa said seriously and firmly, “If he agrees, I will marry him.”
