My eyes languidly open, glancing in the direction of Eric's face, though unless I turn my head, I can't actually see it. "Huh?"
His cocky voice says again, "Saphira likes us? You mentioned she's been, what was it again? 'Always pushing you when it comes to us two'?"
As I try to figure out what he's talking about, Joey adds in, "Don't forget she mentioned how they're both infatuated with us."
"Ah, yes. Thank you for the reminder there, babe."
Suddenly, my insane rambling from before our kisses returns to me. Only it wasn't really insane. Everything I said was true, each point something I've been wondering about and mulling over for the past few weeks. The insane part is the fact that I said any of it out loud, especially in front of these two.
