Hunter’s POV:
I ended up carrying Emily the rest of the way up the stairs. We decided it was best to get her out of the main room and take her to my room where we could properly take care of her. The whole pack would have a thousand different questions and we weren’t ready to answer them. Justin was pushing through the people all along the stairs to make a path for me to get through as the guards tried to keep everyone in order.
“Move! Get out of the way!” Justin yelled at people as he turned the corner of the staircase to go to the next one. Once we get past this floor, there shouldn’t be anyone in our way to my room. He keeps the hole in the crowd open so I can get through, then we both take off up the stairs the rest of the way. Now that we are on the fourth floor, it’s pretty empty
