I wanted to fight back, to snap Svetlana’s neck and make her suffer for chaining up my mates the way she had. I wanted to run to them and take them far away from that monster of a person. I wanted to smash that witch's head against the wall and hurt the vampires holding them to the ground so much. I wanted to throw the werewolves that held me to the ground against the walls.
But my body wanted something else.
