I didn’t waste any time leaving the city, grabbing letters destined for Puraimura and Hokku from the central Chalinex PGPS headquarters and escaping to the fresh air of the wilds.
Normally, this would have been all I needed to relax but I was restless, barely stopping to enjoy making camp each night or chat at the handful of drop-offs I made. I didn’t want to think about Henry or Jonah, but whenever I tried to clear my head, it would fill instead with memories of Kuma.
