My eyes twitched, blinking my eyes continuously as I held onto the handle up the roof of the car. I didn't know what was going through Xavier's mind but all I knew was he drove like someone under the effect of drugs. I screamed out my lungs when I saw a truck driving towards us. My eyes widened with my mouth agape, squeezing my eyes shut as I waited for my deadly end.
Xavier swerved the car to the left with the honking of the car and the cuss words from the drivers, triggering all of my senses in my head as I clutched on to the handle tightly. My eyes fluttered open when I didn't hear the sound of the truck crushing against the car.
