"Mum?" Selena whispered, rubbing her eyes from sleep. "I'm here, honey." Her mum replied, walking over to her bed and squeezing her shoulder. "Did you find the person to stop the Vampires?" She asked, trying to sit up. The look on her mum's face completely shattered her heart. Selena could see her eyes watering, but she was doing her best not to cry. "Honey, there are no Vampires." She did her best to reply calmly. "No..." she started but was cut off by the entry of a nurse and another lady. Her mum got off her bed where she was perched and walked towards the chair in the room.
