Selena caught the movement of a fast-moving shadow behind her and jumped, hitting the book off her desk. A startled scream left her mouth before she could do anything to stop it. "Is everything okay?" She heaved a sigh of relief as she turned around. It was the new librarian. She was standing behind her, and there was no fast-moving shadow. "Yeah." she replied, picking the Selena Ryder book up and placing it back on the desk. "Everything is fine." "Good. I just wanted to let you know that the library will be closing in thirty minutes."
