A NEW MOON HAS FALLEN

Waking up this morning felt off, I hoped my dad had not already been drinking because I had really had it with him already. I stood up checking to see if I had any bruising on my face.

* yo cole we should just beat him up really bad!* my wolf said a little too eager, I just shook it off and walked out of room and down the hallway, I walked into the kitchen and see my dad passed out in the counted. I grab some aspirin and water and set it on the counter rear him for when he wakes up.

i walk out locking the door behind me and jump into to he car, I start it up and start off to school, god today just feels so off I thought.

*yeah, I feel like something's going to happen.* my wolf said nervously hoping it was not my dad. I arrived a bit later than I normally do, so I rush in to my locker.i toss my stuff in and then I stop, I smell this scent, it was sweet and fresh, I couldn't figure it out, I looked around until I saw a small, brunette girl starring at me.

*cole it's our mate!* he barked

I looked at her our gaze connected for a moment them she turned and walked fast paced towards what I assume is her class, I smile, that's my class too, I walk quickly to class as the bel rings I wave at the teacher and walk near her I brush my arm against hers and tingles surge up my arm.

*MATE! Mate! Mate!* my wolf barked happily

she really was pretty, I mean it's probably how all mates feel when they see each other.. I chuckle under my breath about how I don't even know her and I want to hold her and protect her from the world.
