InspirationA hush descended over the crowded lecture hall as Dr Jehangir strode in briskly. He was there to give the introductory lecture in Medicine to the new batch of third-years, which had become something of a tradition. This was partly because this was the only lecture that he ever took for undergraduates, and also because he was a legend in his own right. His clinical acumen matched his skill as a diagnostician, and his reputation for punctuality was well known. For these reasons, he commanded respect. But there was something else. He had an acerbic tongue, but he also had charisma.
