Aria was furious. She glared at the workers and shouted, "Hey! Don't believe anything he says! Don't give him that marriage license. He's already married! He can't marry me. You need to check his documents!"
To her shock, Alpha Damien didn't get angry.
He held her tighter, his voice full of fake worry. "Sweetheart, don't yell like that. It's bad for your health. This is my fault... I shouldn't have let you leave without your pills..."
People nodded at Alpha Damien and gave him thumbs up.
Even the clerk looked at him respectfully before turning to Aria with a fake smile. "Miss, with your condition, you shouldn't make such a scene. You're lucky to have a man so loyal to you. Many women want that kind of love. Don't worry, we'll check everything..."
