I smirked as I watched the ball fly over the net. Poor Zeus. I thought, chuckling. Speaking of Zeus, he was squatting at the other side of the net, giving me a disappointed pout. His long hair draped around him like a curtain.
"You cheated," he simply stated as he came up the white net, narrowing his green eyes at me. I suddenly blushed, but I don't know if it's out of embarrassment or just the fact that he was absolutely cute with that look on his face.
"I didn't," I mumbled, looking away from him. Okay, I might have avoided passing the ball his way just a little.
"You kept avoiding me," Zeus said as he ran the tip of his fingers on the white net.
"It's not called cheating..." I trailed, my face turning a light pink.
