Chapter 35 Amelia Is Dead

906 Words

Just as I thought I was going to die, I noticed a key in the driver’s seat. Despite the scorching heat, I crawled over and picked it up, hoping to survive the fire. But the key didn't fit the lock. It was getting for me to breathe as the feeling of pain was filled with my chest. I slowly started to lose consciousness.   In that fleeting moment before darkness consumed me, I clung tightly to the key, thinking to myself that my life had been ridiculous, full of hope as well as despair. My life led me to fall in love with a man and meanwhile wish to cut him to pieces. I closed my eyes, waiting for the moment to say goodbye to this world. Goodbye, Sebastian. From now on, I would neither love nor hate you. If there were an afterlife, I would never want to have anything to do with you again.
