(PETE’S POV) I was up and ready to leave for training with my headset around my neck and my duffel bag hanging from my shoulder. I was drinking some water from my water bottle when I heard the doorbell. I had a good idea who it was, Tia that’s who. I sighed. I was hoping that I could just go on to practice without having to meet with her. I just needed to be by myself this morning. I went out of the room preparing myself for the sound of Tia’s voice anytime soon but I was surprised to see my mother standing at the hallway.
