It is Thursday evening and the tedious process we foolishly thought we'd have finished by the end of Monday, was still ongoing. University applications actually took more time than either of us had realised.
Still, it had been a welcome distraction from wondering how Ella's big presentation went on Monday.
She and Austin had been quite tight lipped about it and I knew I just needed to trust them and concentrate on looking to the future rather than bogging myself down with present issues. Aside from the staircase painting, there hadn't been any other things that Finn appeared to have noticed about the school.
