"I would invite you to join me in the front but I don't quite trust you to not suddenly grab the steering wheel to take us off the road," Valmir says to me as the ferry docks on the island.
"The thought would cross my mind," I admit. He laughs and smiles at me before he exits the van, shutting the door behind him. I hear the lock click. I get up and look out of the window, seeing the cold sea and a blue sky out the side of the ferry.
It isn't long until the van is moving again and I feel us go down a steep slope as we disembark the ferry.
After half an hour of driving the van stops once more and Valmir opens the side of the van again.
"Come on princess, let's get you some food," he says.
"You DON'T get to call me that," I tell him with my best scowl. He chuckles at me an
