The whole night I have tossed and turned but sleep was nowhere near to me. This was the first time I am feeling so helpless. I always earned and worked hard so that money can buy anything, that’s what I had learnt. But today, being a supernatural being and a strong one at that, I don’t know what to do anymore as I watch my mate still unconscious.
I cursed myself for losing control when it came to Athena, my mate and marking her without even thinking of the consequences. It has been tough since the moment I realized that my mate might not be able to cope with the mark as she is a human.
Then I get a big surprise. All the powerful being in our world, right from the witch, healer to the fairy, everyone said the same thing that she is special case. My mind is running wild
